Hide & Greek began with a simple idea: bring proper Greek street food to the UK and do it right.
What started small grew naturally through consistency, hard work and word of mouth, shaped by time spent trading on the street food and festival circuit.

Street food is where we learned everything — pace, organisation and how to deliver great food when it matters most.
